Connection Copilot provides users on Cisco’s industry leading Unity Connection voice server platforms the ability to easily manage their common mailbox administration tasks such as editing their greetings, changing their transfer rules and creating and editing private lists. It also provides a useful ability to record and store commonly used recordings locally on your phone for easy “swapping in” for greetings or voice names later as needed.
Key Features:
Manage greetings – Change which greetings are active and for how long, what greeting is played to callers and record, review and save custom recordings.
Manage transfer options – Determine which extension number is dialed for your transfer rules and which rules are active and for how long.
Edit private lists – Create new private lists, record your own custom voice names for them and manage their membership.
Edit voice name – Record, review and update your voice name.
Add alternate extensions – review and add new alternate extensions.
Use private recordings – You can record and store recordings locally on your phone for later use in greetings or voice names in your Unity Connection account. This can be useful if you need to “swap in” greetings for recurring activities on a regular basis – now you can simply change a greeting with a few taps, no new recording required.
System Requirements:
